How the process works.

The strategy behind staging is to make your home appealing to the widest range of buyers. JSG's staging team will de-personalize, de-clutter, and neutralize your home with the ultimate goal of making the best first impression on every potential buyer that enters your home. 1. Staging Consultation

After a full tour of your home, Kimberlee will review her vision for each room. As a professional stager and interior designer, Kimberlee is able to remove the emotions that are typically associated with selling a home and will explain the steps necessary to get the most equity out of your investment. She will walk you through which items will be brought in, removed or repurposed during the staging process.

2. Staging your Home

The true magic happens on staging day. Kimberlee will orchestrate the vision agreed upon during the staging consult and JSG's professional moving partners will work flawlessly to execute the plan. Whether it is a full home stage or just a few extra touches, Kimberlee will be there to oversee and execute your home's staging transformation.

3. Final Touches

Prior to your photo shoot, Kimberlee will often make last minute adjustments to ensure your home is ready to make an unforgettable first impression with every buyer.
