Ross Treffert

Prior to joining the Jay Schmidt Group, Ross spent his previous career in the corporate world holding a variety of customer relations positions in the manufacturing, financial services, and software industries. As a client-centric professional, Ross emphasizes consistent communication, focusing on the process, and thorough follow-up as the keys to his success. 

As a former client, Ross and his wife purchased their first home from the Jay Schmidt Group in May 2016. After renovating their own home and investing in other renovation properties, Ross decided to acquire his license and follow his passion for real estate. 

Ross currently resides in Milwaukee with his wife, Karly, and fur-child, Frankie (labrador retriever/pitbull mix). He enjoys spending time in the northwoods during the summer and cheering on all Wisconsin sports teams throughout the year, including his alma mater, the Marquette Golden Eagles.
